Signed Price Quotation
Carefully review
the price quote you received
from Universal. Make sure
all quantities and specifications
meet your requirements.
Sign the form send it
along with your master.
This will serve as a confirmation
to proceed with your order.
If you find the quotation
to be inaccurate, please
consult your sales representative
prior to submitting.

Project
Master
Enclose your CD, DVD, Audio
or Video Master marked with
your quotation number. The
sound, motion and overall
quality of your final project
will be an exact replica
of your masters. Review
all prototype materials
prior to submitting, and
remember: What you see is
what you’ll get.
For compatible master
formats, please refer
to the input media portion
of our website.
If your master is not
in a compatible format,
Universal can provide
seamless transferring
services for an additional
charge. Request

Graphic
Design
When submitting a pre-designed
project , be sure to provide
complete graphic layout
on disc. Universal will
output the film, or transfer
your design from computer
to plate, and send you a
PDF file or match prints
for your approval.
To ensure the accuracy
of your supplied design
files, please visit the
Templates and Specifications
portion of our website
before sending us your
disk.
Please separate artwork
of Disc or Tape Imprint
and Paper Inserts or Packaging
Artwork onto two separate
discs.
Artwork files may also
be uploaded to our FTP
site.
Be sure to mark all graphic
files with your quotation
number.
Check the list below
to ensure our systems’
compatibility with your
files. All major design
file formats are supported.
We will review your files,
and make minor modifications,
if needed, free of charge.
Supported programs include
Quark Xpress, Illustrator,
Photoshop, Freehand and
CorelDraw.
If a Universal Graphic
Artist will be designing
your artwork,
be sure to supply all
ideas and photos in an
organized fashion. Our
design staff will work
along with you to produce
the look that you want.
You will receive samples
and proofs for your approval. |
4. |
IRP Forms for CD and DVD
Jobs
Industry regulations and
copyright laws require proof
of ownership for CD and
DVD replication.
To begin processing your
order, we will need your
signed and completed Intellectual
Property Rights Forms as
well as Letter of Agreement
and Track Listing Forms.
These simple forms require
you to provide ownership
information for all content
on your project, your
and a list of all the
tracks on your CD / DVD.

5. |
50% Deposit
In order to proceed with
your order, please submit
a 50% deposit along with
your master and signed quotation.
The remaining balance will
be required upon completion
of your order.
Payments can be made
with all major credit
cards, or certified funds.
Checks will be accepted
from customers who have
established credit with
Universal.

6. |
Sending Your Order
Universal recommends sending
your order via UPS, FedEx,
DHL or other courier service.
If you wish to mail via
the US Postal Service, make
sure to arrange for a service
that allows you to track
your shipment.
Use padded or bubble
wrapped packaging to avoid
damage to your materials.
Always keep a backup
of all materials you submit.
